Fishy hat

I had a request on my Facebook page (HatsNThat) recently for a fishy hat. After searching Ravelry, I found the perfect pattern by April Hudson. He's such a cutie! I'm making some baby mittens to match - pics will follow soon

Flower Jar Cover

Most of you who know me well, know I cook "from scratch" a lot, almost daily. But there are times when I crack open a jar of pasta sauce and lately I've been keeping the jars. They are a perfect size for a small bunch of flowers, but who wants a bare, boring jar on display with gorgeous flowers in?! So I got my hook on the go and jazzed it up a bit!

A few days later I tried a different style. Cute huh!

It's a Gruffalo!

He has terrible tusks, and terrible claws, and terrible teeth in his terrible jaws! This lil fella has been my most viewed photo on my facebook page so far (Hats 'N That)! He got a lot of attention!

My latest make is a hat from a good friend's little boy! Captain America hat! Turned out pretty well, I'm pleased!

New styles of hats

I stumbled across an amazing blog yesterday - Alli Crafts - I have to say, I'm hooked! I love her blog and spent a long time reading through posts. 

I found 2 super cute patterns to try out and add to my collection. The first is the Cluster Stitch Hat, the second is the Open Stitch Hat.
